TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) Training & Certification

The full form of TOGAF is “The Open Group Architecture Framework”. This framework for enterprise architecture is designed for planning, implementing, governing and designing the information technology of an enterprise. The main aim of this conceptual framework is to ensure that the software development project meets business objectives. TOGAF is registered by the ‘Open Group’ company which happens to be an independent industry association.

TOGAF training can be broadly divided into two sections. The first section is known as the TOGAF 1 which is basically the foundation level course and any candidate who wishes to develop a career in this field can join this course.

The second part is for more advanced users and is known as TOGAF 2 and this course is open to only those candidates who have cleared the foundation or TOGAF 1 level.

The certification exam shall have 40 multiple choice questions. The time duration is 60 minutes and a candidate needs to score a minimum 55% to pass the exam.
