Who can apply?

What are the PgMP requirements?

  •          High school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent
  •          6,000 hours of project management experience
  •          10,500 hours of program management experience

OR 

  •          Four-year degree
  •          6,000 hours of project management experience
  •          6,000 hours of program management experience

Number of questions asked in the exam?

The certification exam has 170 multiple-choice questions, and you have four hours to complete it.

What’s the fee structure?

PMP Member: US$800.00 Non-member: US$1,000.00

According to PMI, 2015 Pulse of the Profession report, about 76 percent of certified PGMP managers have higher promotion opportunities compared to others.

 

Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)

Who can apply?

If you are a senior-level practitioner managing a portfolio of projects and programs within the organization then you can go for PFMP

What are the PfMP requirements?

  •          Minimum eight years of professional business experience
  •          High school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent
  •          10,500 hours of portfolio management experience

OR

  •          Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent)
  •          6,000 hours of portfolio management experience

 

Number of questions asked in the exam?

The certification exam has 170 multiple-choice questions and you have four hours to complete it.

 What’s the fee structure?

PMP Member: US$800.00 Non-member: US$1,000.00

According to PMI, 2015 Pulse of the Profession research organizations which are effective in portfolio management had 62 percent of products meet.

 

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Who can apply?

 What are the requirements?

  • High school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent
  • 1,500 hours of project experience

OR

  • 23 hours of project management education completed by the time you sit for the exam.

 

Number of questions asked in the exam?

The certification exam has 150 multiple choice questions, and you have three hours to complete it.

*To maintain your CAPM, you must retake the exam every five years.

 What’s the fee structure?

PMP Member: US$225.00

Non-member: US$300.00
