All new Java certification, Complete guide to Java SE 11 Certification

Java has been predominantly reining the kingdom of the IT industry, and in recent times, the TIOBE Index ranked Java as the top-most programming language. Oracle has released a new Oracle Certified Professional certification, known as Java SE 11 Developer (Java SE 11 OCP) certification. This new Java SE 11 is features modularity. To learn and earn this certification, one has to go through the following procedures.

Step 1:                            

There are two certification exams one has to clear to earn the Java SE 11 

Java SE 11 Programmer I 1Z0-815

Java SE 11 Programmer II 1Z0-816

Step 2:

Learning the course comes off with a series of training led by Oracle University Instructor-led Training program, and they are

Java SE 11 Programming I for the Programmer I (1Z0-815) exam.

Java SE 11 Programming II for the Programmer II (1Z0-816) exam.

These courses are available in three formats according to the convenience of the learner,

1. Classroom training (ILT) is a 5-day training in class with an instructor.

2. A Live Virtual Class (LVC) is a live class in real-time from anywhere through the internet.

3. Training On-Demand (TOD) is a 90 days unlimited video access course by expert instructors.

  I. Java Programming Learning Subscription 

  II. Core Java Learning Subscription

  III. Java 11 Upgrade Learning Subscription 

Note: Subscriptions include 12 months of expert instruction, hands-on labs, and certification. Candidates have one attempt for each of the exams included in the subscription at no additional cost for the duration of the subscription.

Exam:

Once you enroll yourself in one of the above options, after the completion of tests, you need to go through the exam process,

Process 1: you have to purchase an exam voucher from Oracle and redeem it within six months 

Process 2: Schedule Your Exam and pay with a credit card, or redeem the voucher you have purchased from Oracle.

Once the exam is completed within 30 minutes, you will be receiving email from Oracle stating that your result will be available in CertView.

Go to the CertView account, log in, and then click “See My New Exam Result Now.”

Authentication:

To authenticate your CertView account you need to proceed with your account authentication.

Authentication requires an Oracle Single Sign-On username and password and the following information from your Pearson VUE profile: email address and Oracle Testing ID.

You will be taken to CertView to log in once your account has been authenticated.

Once you are certified, you can claim your certification badge, through the mail sent by Oracle.
