RK Management Consultants was founded over 20 years ago by Raj Khanna (our CEO), with a focus on catering to the growing need for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Mainframe expertise in the 1980’s. Raj, at the time, was a veteran in those technologies and had established himself as one of the top SME’s that Midwest area clients turned to for AI strategy and solutions to their Mainframe development needs.

Through the early 1990’s, RKMC established its current headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace, IL and focused on expanding its service offerings nationwide. We also expanded our staff-augmentation operations to cover every essential aspect of a technology organization, from analysts to project managers and directors.

In 2004, with the expansion of our operations to India, RKMC established capabilities in off-shore delivery of services with a focus on technology solution delivery and outsourced application development. Our US project based consulting efforts have grown from 2005 to 2008 with targeted teams offering Risk Management, Technology Compliance & Auditing, Documentation, and larger teams delivering IT Security and IT Support Operations for our Fortune 500 clients.

As of 2007, RK Management Consultants has become more commonly known as RKMC to align with our broader service offering to our client base.
