SAP’s CRM suite might be a game change in the upcoming industry standards
In the late June SAP announced a project idea on their new Suite to Modernize the CRM, recent tech news predicts SAP’S new CRM suite includes Ariba, Qualtrics and Hybris, this 8 billion dollar plus worth shareholding acquisitions have raised many questions in the industry but before getting into the SAP’S collaborative CRM suite let’s get into, what are these tools and what are their acquisition values are:
SAP Ariba:
This tool is majorly used in the procurement industry, using a source to pay software and internet-based cloud computing system.
SAP acquired Ariba in 2012 with a 45$ per share.
SAP Qualtrics:
Qualtrics is a subscription software for collecting and analyzing data for market research, customer satisfaction and loyalty, product and concept testing, employee evaluations and website feedback

SAP Hybris:
This product content management software (PCM) was acquired by SAP in 2018 and integrated into SAP customer experience division, this SAP C/4HANA offers various cloud solutions to commerce and sales industries.
This German technology giant has recently opened up on their new tool, an amalgamation of their most Prominent and successful tools.
Bill McDermott CEO of SAP has waved flag for the collaboration of various SAP tools, their major contributors are believed to be Qualtrics, Hybris and Ariba.
