Hilary Clinton had plans to grant Green Card to all advanced STEM students!

Contrast to the considered non-friendly ideas of Donald Trump in regard to the immigrant students in the United States, Hilary Clinton had plans to automate the granting of Green Cards to immigrant students who pursue advanced STEM degree in the United States. She expressed her opinion very clearly that if elected she will launch a "start-up" visa and staple Green card with masters and Ph.D. degrees in science and technology category. Though many criticized this ideology, it indeed had the progressive agenda to strengthen the technology and innovation of the country and thereby build the economy.  She outlines the innovative and path breaking ideas including deploying 5G Wireless and Next generation wireless systems. So far, the contribution of the foreign talents to the United States in the field of Information Technology, in particular, is spectacular. And, she seems to have realized into the fullest and proposed encouraging such advanced brains in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics to serve their expertise inside the country. This idea could prove a long-term strategy for the country to remain a leader in the field of Information Technology.

Earlier in one of her major policy speech during election campaign, Hilary Clinton revealed that her administration would keep encouraging the young minds to become entrepreneurs by letting them defer their federal student loans for up to three years; provide every student in America access to computer science education before graduation; and connect every household in the US to high-speed internet service by 2020.  This is an evident plan of the presidential candidate to boost America’s cutting edge of technology and innovation. She highlighted that the talented minds would be one of the biggest assets of the US and she wants it to be democratized. "I want more people in more places to feel that their future lies in STEM, in technology, in helping to create the jobs that we're going to attract," she said.

Stapling the Green Card to STEM masters!

Her proposal on improvising the immigration principles on STEM students included the stapling of Green Card to STEM master degree students graduates in the United States of America. She wanted to automate the process of providing green card status STEM master degree graduates to ease the immigrant student policies. "Hillary will support 'start-up' visas that allow top entrepreneurs from abroad to come to the US, build companies in technology-oriented globally traded sectors, and create more jobs and opportunities for Americans," the plan said.

Immigrant entrepreneurs would have to obtain a commitment of financial support from US investors before obtaining the visa, and would have to create a certain number of jobs and reach performance benchmarks in order to pursue a green card, it said.

This approach could also be aimed at improving the investments of world class digital infrastructure and organization in the country. To be precise on her motive, she had also proposed a move to create a $25 billion Infrastructure Bank that will deliberately work towards creating and supporting a new competitive grant program to give cities, regions, and states incentives to create a "model digital community."
