Six Sigma Canada Inc.’s (SSC) team has been providing organization wide Lean Six Sigma deployment training and project support for two decades and successfully partnered with hundreds of different companies, organizations, and government bodies. Our company incorporated in 1999 and has been in the business of education and applications of Lean Six Sigma methodologies with our clients to ensure sustainable process improvements ever since.  SSC provides professional, systematic management training for a wide array of companies and individuals, aiding them in achieving their goal: the highest level of organizational perfection possible. Using Six Sigma’s data-driven methodologies, our expert team is dedicated to providing companies with a strategic means to improve customer satisfaction, eliminate waste and increase profits. Although providing mentorship for life is a key priority, our aim is to always maintain an exit-strategy that enables organizations to possess a self-sustaining, perpetual program of excellence. Our primary business and core competencies reside around management training, project mentoring and project execution utilizing Lean Six Sigma.  Six Sigma Canada Inc. has been awarded dozens of major Lean Six Sigma initiatives in Canada, USA, Mexico, Central America, and Asia over its tenure.  We do not have a sales force, sales departments, or a marketing group.  The two principle owners develop the Lean Six Sigma strategies with the client, train at the Executive level, and generally deliver the Champion, White, Yellow, Green and Black Belt training personally.
