I have 15 years of experience in Data Integration and Data warehousing projects as an ETL Architect and Project Manager.

The simple fact is that there is no point in attending a training course if you do not get a job ASAP on that tool / technology.

I have interviewed hundreds of candidates and hence am in a unique position to coach you on the skills required to clear the client interviews. The purpose of this coaching is not just to teach you Informatica, but to ensure that you get a client assignment as soon as possible. I will coach you not only on Informatica, but also on Oracle, Unix, data integration and data warehousing concepts, scheduling tools, documentation standards etc…. whatever is required to clear the interview.

Apart from this, you will be coached on real-world case studies, that I have come across in my 15 years of experience, and that you will encounter in your new job. Starting from day 1 of the coaching, you will be developing actual maps of the kind that you will be developing in the 1st week at the client site. Hence, when you join a new client,You will have a very good handle on navigating through the work assignments.

The main focus of this coaching would still be on clearing the client interview as in my experience it is the interview where most people get stuck, even though they have good technical skills, good work ethics and have attended training courses. The interview is the place where you close the deal and which decides whether you get the job or not, irrespective of how good your technical skills are.

As part of this coaching, you will have unlimited rounds of mock interviews (with precise questions and answers that you will encounter in an actual client interview) until you get the job.

The coaching does not end with x hours of classroom instruction, it goes all the way until (irrespective of how much time it takes) you get a client assignment and settle in your new job. This involves supporting you via email and phone during your initial few weeks at the new client location, until you feel you are ready to be on your own.
