What is Simplilearn Money back Guarantee?

If you do not clear the PMP exam in the first attempt, Simplilearn will refund the complete amount to you.

How does it work?

To ensure 100% success, Participants are ideally advised to take the exam within a week of course completion date or a maximum of 45 days from the classroom training completion date.

PMP Exam Attempts – Maximum 3 in a year

If the participant does not clear the exam in the 1st attempt, Simplilearn will reimburse the complete training enrollment fees.

For Simplilearn to reimburse the enrollment fees, participants are requested to provide us the scorecards of each attempt. Without the scorecards, the reimbursement will not be processed.

Money back Guarantee: Reimbursement Process

Participants are required to e-mail scanned copies of the scorecards of each attempt along with the PMP boot camp location and date.

Simplilearn will reimburse the amount payable within 30 days of us receiving all the documents from you. The mode of reimbursement will be the same as the mode used by the participant to pay the enrollment fees. For example, if a participant has paid through ccavenue, Simplilearn will reimburse through ccavenue only.

It is not applicable for participants of Simplilearn’s 2-Days SpeedPrep PMP Exam prep courses.

The guarantee is valid only for the participants that have paid the enrollment fees in full.

What we expect from the participants to ensure success in the PMP Exam?

As the PMP Exam is a very challenging exam, succeeding in the same would require:

• 100% effort and commitment from participants
• Going through the online course before the classroom training and scoring at least 65% in 3 out of the 5 PMP Full-length practice tests available online at Simplilearn.com.
• Participants will have access to Simplilearn’s e-learning course from the day of registration itself. Participants are advised to go through the online course at least once (8 hours) as this will ensure a strong start for your learning process.

When the guarantee is void?

• Participants not taking the PMP examination within 45 days of the classroom training completion date.
• Participants not maintaining 100% attendance in the 4 days classroom training.
• Participants not going through the e-learning content, 8 hours of online study is required for you to familiarize yourself with the course.
• Failing to score at least 65% in any 3 of the 5 available online PMP Exam practice tests available at Simplilearn.com
• Participant not following the instructions of the trainer and not completing the exercises given in the classroom training.
• Participants not submitting the required documents to Simplilearn.
