Berkeley Law’s executive education platform connects legal practitioners, investors, executives, and nonprofit leaders to world-class industry academies, courses, certificate programs, and conferences. ACADEMIES are intensive, in-person, certificate programs for executives and practicing attorneys. Current programs include venture capital and finance, compliance, banking law and FinTech, blockchain, and a general counsel academy. Programs are currently being developed in cybersecurity, deal valuation, energy innovation and more. SUMMER COURSES AND CERTIFICATES are single courses and certificates in law, business and professional development for practicing attorneys, offered over the summer semester. Available courses include M&A, renewable energy law, corporate finance, negotiations, contracts, and intellectual property law. Certificate options include business fundamentals, business law, law and technology, public law and regulation, and energy and environmental law. Courses are being developed in accounting, leadership, design thinking, and management.
